What you will do:

  • Provide technical support to advisors across various applications and functions
  • Interact with relevant IT departments to restore service and identify issues
  • Document and maintain IT Service Desk processes and procedures
  • Maintain service level agreements (SLAs) on tickets within ServiceNow, our service request system
  • Classify and document requests and incidents accurately

What you will need to be successful:

  • College diploma or university degree in computer science, plus five years of equivalent work experience
  • One to three years of experience in PC software and hardware support within a corporate environment
  • Familiarity with the ITIL framework
  • Beginner to intermediate proficiency in administering, installing, and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows 7, 8, and 10
  • Beginner to intermediate proficiency in installing and troubleshooting software suites such as Adobe, Microsoft Office, and other productivity tools
  • Experience with the administration and support of clearing house platforms
