Job Details

Our client is seeking a highly organized Program Manager to lead enterprise technology programs focused on integrating systems from newly acquired businesses. This role will drive critical initiatives across multiple departments, ensuring smooth delivery of large-scale programs aligned with the company's strategic objectives.

The Program Manager will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, coordinating stakeholders, providing executive-level updates, and managing complex program dependencies.
This is a highly visible role requiring exceptional communication skills, strong organizational leadership, and the ability to align diverse teams toward common goals in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end program management for technology integration initiatives, including planning, execution, tracking, and reporting.
  • Serve as a key liaison across business, IT, and executive teams - ensuring stakeholder alignment and program transparency.
  • Prepare and deliver concise, executive-ready updates highlighting progress, risks, and key decision points.
  • Manage multiple workstreams and coordinate contributions across internal scrum teams and business units.
  • Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams, resolving competing priorities and driving initiatives to completion.
  • Apply a balance of influence, structured governance, and escalation management to maintain program momentum.
  • Support integration efforts related to enterprise systems (Salesforce familiarity is a plus but not a core technical requirement).
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of program delivery standards and operational excellence.

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of program management experience delivering large-scale, enterprise-level programs.
  • Proven success managing multi-stakeholder environments and coordinating complex deliverables.
  • Exceptional written, visual, and verbal communication skills - particularly in executive reporting and stakeholder engagement.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to bring structure and clarity to ambiguous, dynamic projects.
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence outcomes and drive alignment without formal authority.
  • Familiarity with enterprise SaaS systems (Salesforce experience is a plus but not mandatory).
  • Consulting or Financial Services background or equivalent experience managing complex programs in a consulting-style environment highly preferred.
  • Ability to work onsite 2 days per week (Hybrid model).
