We are seeking an experienced Support Engineer to join our team and take ownership of managing and configuring Microsoft 365 products, Azure services, and on-premises Microsoft Exchange. If you have strong expertise in Microsoft technologies and a passion for delivering reliable IT solutions, we would love to hear from you!
This position offers remote setup with the flexibility to work from any location in Georgia, whether it's your home, well-equipped offices in Tbilisi and Batumi or a coworking space in Kutaisi.

Responsibilities
- Support and maintain Microsoft 365 products (Teams, Exchange, Security)
- Manage and support Microsoft Exchange hosted in on-premises environments
- Assist with Azure infrastructure support activities
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues related to Microsoft 365, Azure services, or on-premises environments
- Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps to improve knowledge sharing and operational efficiency
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in technical support
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 products (Teams, Exchange, Security)
- Experience with Microsoft Azure services
- Proficiency in managing and supporting Microsoft Exchange on-premises
- Understanding of ITIL processes and experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow
- English language proficiency at B1+ level
Nice to have
- Familiarity with core enterprise infrastructure services (ADDS, MS CA, DNS, DHCP, DFS)
- Experience with security tools (MS Defender, Azure DLP)
- Knowledge of MS enterprise management stack (SCCM, SCVMM, SCOM, SCDPM)
- Hands-on experience with bare-metal infrastructure and on-premises virtualization (Hyper-V)
- Proficiency in Windows Server and PowerShell scripting
