Fulltime Position: Java Full Stack Developer (with Angular JS) at Austin, TX

Job Description:

Must Have: (Senior Java Developer having 7-10 years of experience)

Must have experience in Core Java, Spring boot, Microservice experience.

• Strong and proven technical skills across various internal and external systems.
• Must have experience in analyzing and building the solutions in Java Spring boot and Micro services development.
• Experience using Rational Application Developer, Toad, Jenkins Build tool.
• Experience using Git, GitHub, Bitbucket for version control.
• Good knowledge in Angular.
• Good experience in Oracle Database.
• Good Knowledge of SOLID Principles and Design Patterns
• Well versed in Agile Methodologies, SCRUM and Agile ceremonies
• Excellent communication, organization and documentation skills
• Must possess good design thinking, technical problem-solving skills.
• Should be able to guide and mentor the project team in technical aspects
• Leads by example; providing support and mentoring as needed to ensure sufficient skill, knowledge and effectiveness in the testing process
• Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction
• Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project
• Good Communication Skills, Presentation Skills, Client Co-ordination Skills, Negotiation Skills, Enthusiastic Team Player and Leader, Positive Attitude & Quick Learner
• Understanding in detailed document preparation (Nice to have)
• Very good exposure to Agile development methodology.
• Participate as core member of agile team across all planning, analysis, design, development, and testing activities including participation in all scrum ceremonies.
• Exposure in handling offshore team model and willingness to manage an offshore team.
