Client is looking for a professional Project Coordinator with the following:
- Proven Project Coordinator with extensive project planning experience
- Excellent client facing skills
- Outstanding organizational and communication skills
- IAM experience (preferred)
Role Overview:
The Project Coordinator will support the successful execution of a critical project kickoff by managing timelines, resources, and communication across stakeholders. This role ensures smooth onboarding and coordination of project activities, acting as a central point of contact for internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project schedules, meetings, and deliverables to ensure timely execution.
- Track progress and report status updates to project leadership.
- Manage documentation, including project plans, budgets, and compliance requirements.
- Liaise between cross-functional teams to resolve issues and maintain alignment.
- Support onboarding processes and ensure readiness for project launch.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or similar).
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience in coordinating projects within [industry/domain if known].
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in project coordination or PMO support.
- Familiarity with compliance and background check processes.
