- Troubleshoot issues with desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, and related IT equipment.
- Coordinate with on-site support vendors to resolve hardware issues at remote locations.
- Prepare, image, ship, and track computers and accessories.
- Maintain accurate asset inventory throughout the device lifecycle.
- Manage incident and task tickets in the ticketing system, ensuring adherence to SLAs.
- Provide exceptional technical support to users both remotely and in person.
- Create and update documentation and knowledge base articles for internal use.
- Collaborate with IT teams and other departments to resolve cross-functional issues.
- Assist with user training and provide guidance as needed.
- Support technology-related projects and deployments as required.
