SAS administration and not more of development experience.
Some key things to look for is
- Candidate with good exposure and experience on the different types of SAS environment architectures. GPFS cluster configuration, Metadata Management etc.
- Troubleshooting capabilities at infra level, SAS application level and SAS jobs to have clear understanding of issues
- Installation experience with upgrades and building power HA environments with good DR
- Address DR failover seamless with automation scripts and very minimal manual interventions
- Good understanding about touch points to have failure alerts configures to react proactively before use complains
