Job Title: Full Stack Developer
Location: McLean, VA (Onsite)
Client is looking for local to VA candidates only, No relocation.
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on expertise in AWS, Java Spring Boot, Angular, and DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Git, and Kubernetes. The ideal candidate will also have a solid background in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and integrating authentication and authorization frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, deploy, and maintain secure, scalable applications using Java Spring Boot, Angular, and AWS services.
- Design and implement OAuth and SSO solutions for authentication and authorization across multiple web and cloud applications.
- Work on Identity Lifecycle Management, user provisioning/de-provisioning, and Identity Federation (SAML) integrations.
- Implement and manage MFA (Duo, Microsoft Authenticator) solutions.
- Integrate APIs with IAM systems for sharing identity context securely.
- Participate in DevOps automation, CI/CD pipelines, and container orchestration using Kubernetes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices in software design, security, and deployment.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 10+ years of total software development experience.
- 5+ years hands-on experience in AWS, Java Spring Boot, Angular, Jenkins, Git, and Kubernetes.
- 3+ years in integrating and delivering IAM solutions within enterprise environments.
- Strong knowledge of authentication, authorization, and OAuth, SAML, and MFA concepts.
- Proficiency with REST APIs, PostgreSQL, JPA/Hibernate, and microservices.
- Experience in CI/CD, Artifactory, scripting (Python, Groovy, Perl, or Ruby), and Linux environments.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure (IoT Hub, Service Bus, Blob Storage).
- Experience with WebAuthn, PKI, SSL/TLS, Security testing, or CI/CD scaling.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and test automation (Robot / Sauce Labs).
- Strong front-end development experience using JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, Bootstrap, and Angular.
