Job Title: BPO Project Manager Dallas ,TX Hybrid
Longterm contract


A BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) Project Manager oversees outsourced business operations such as customer service, back-office work, or IT services that are often handled by third-party vendors or offshore teams. Their job is to ensure the outsourced work runs smoothly, meets deadlines, stays within scope, and satisfies client expectations.
Think of them as the bridge between the client and the BPO provider, making sure everyone is on the same page, work is moving forward, and nothing falls through the cracks.

  • Oversee scheduling of project tasks, meetings, and resource allocation to ensure timely execution.
  • Maintain and organize project documentation, including reports, contracts, and process records.
  • Manage project timelines, track milestones, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
  • Coordinate communication between stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment on administrative needs.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and escalate issues as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with administrative protocols and client requirements.
  • Previous BPO experience preferred
  • assist with the overall management of the projects with TCS and ADP
  • BPO, TCS and ADP experience


Key Responsibilities (Simplified for the Team):

  1. Keep Projects Organized:
  2. Manage documents like contracts, reports, and process guides.
  3. Make sure everything is documented, accessible, and up-to-date.
  1. Track the Work:
  2. Follow a timeline.
  3. Monitor milestones and flag anything that s running late.
  1. Coordinate Communication:
  2. Be the main point of contact between all stakeholders (clients, vendors, internal teams).
  3. Ensure everyone understands what's needed and what s expected.
  1. Spot Problems Early:
  2. Track progress closely.
  3. If something looks off like delays or miscommunication they escalate it quickly to get it resolved.
  1. Stay Compliant:
  2. Make sure processes follow both internal company policies and the client s requirements.
  1. Bring BPO Experience:
  2. They should understand how outsourced operations work, especially in high-volume environments.
  3. This includes working with offshore teams or call centers, often across time zones.
