Job Title Project Manager Siebel Replacement Location Piscataway, NJ (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end replacement of a legacy Siebel CRM system with a modern, scalable platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex enterprise application transformation projects, with a deep understanding of CRM systems, cross-functional coordination, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the full lifecycle project management of the Siebel replacement initiative, from planning to execution and post-implementation.
  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
  • Manage project planning, budgeting, resourcing, scheduling, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Lead cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, QA, integration partners, and business units.
  • Coordinate system integration, data migration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live readiness.
  • Monitor and report on progress, deliverables, timelines, and dependencies to executive sponsors.
  • Ensure strong change management and user adoption strategies are in place.
  • Manage third-party vendors or implementation partners as needed.
  • Identify and resolve issues and risks proactively throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills and Experience:
  • 8+ years of project management experience in enterprise IT or CRM transformation initiatives.
  • Working closely with vendor to implement the solution.
  • Proven experience leading Siebel migration or decommissioning projects is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems such as Salesforce, MS Dynamics, or other modern platforms.
  • Expertise in project planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet).
  • Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project delivery models.
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills for working across business and technical teams.
  • Ability to manage multi-vendor environments and offshore/onshore coordination.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications.
  • Hands-on experience with data migration and systems integration projects
