Duration: 6+ Month Contract

Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Data Business Analyst to join their team, where you will play a critical role in improving the consumer experience by identifying friction points, analyzing member interactions, and delivering actionable insights. This role supports three key functions:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Insights & Analysis:
    • Analyze member calls, chats, and feedback to identify trends and friction points.
    • Create presentations that highlight issues, member impact, and recommendations for UX or process improvements.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
  • On-Demand Requests (ODR):
    • Support product and insurance launches by analyzing member feedback using dashboards and data tools.
    • Present findings to inform product and service enhancements.
  • Critical Response:
    • Conduct rapid analysis during urgent events (e.g., outages, natural disasters).
    • Identify root causes and communicate findings to relevant teams for resolution.


Qualifications:
  • Analytical Tools:
    • Proficiency in Excel for data cleaning and analysis.
    • Experience using Power BI to explore and visualize member interaction data.
  • Communication & Presentation:
    • Strong PowerPoint skills to clearly communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Problem Solving:
    • Ability to identify root causes and propose practical, data-driven solutions.
  • Collaboration:
    • Experience working with UX, product, and operations teams to drive improvements.
  • Adaptability:
    • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments, especially during critical incidents.
  • Technical Acumen:
    • Familiarity with session monitoring tools like Datadog (or similar).
    • Quick to learn proprietary platforms and tools.
