IT Computer Support
Introduction:
The IT Computer Support role involves providing daily onsite IT support at the Walpole, MA site. The qualified candidate will be responsible for supporting PCs, basic network troubleshooting, and specific manufacturing facility IT devices. They must have superior customer service skills and be able to interact with users of varying IT skill levels.
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily onsite IT support at the Walpole, MA site.
- Support PCs, basic network troubleshooting, and specific manufacturing facility IT devices.
- Physically walk around the facility for spot checks, rounds, and device troubleshooting.
- Intake and resolution of Level 1/2 IT issues through remote support.
- Investigate recurring IT issues and complex IT problem solving.
- Stay up to date on the latest IT service offerings and technical resolutions.
- Escalate unresolved issues and Major Incidents to the Site Management team.
- Translate IT technical resolutions to end user business language.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT Deskside Support or IT Systems Analyst roles.
- Win10/Win11 Client expertise with Office 365 in an Enterprise environment.
- Network diagnostics and troubleshooting capability including VLAN knowledge.
- Mobile device troubleshooting and configuration (Android and iOS).
- Experience with Intune/Azure AD, identity management, and multifactor authentication setup.
- PC migration, application installation, and data copy experience.
- Service NOW incident and request management.
