Industrial Maintenance Technician - Graniteville, SC - Full-Time - Manufacturing
A leading manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician to support operations at its state-of-the-art 24/7 production facility in Graniteville, SC. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity offering a competitive hourly rate and excellent career growth potential.

This role is a critical part of the production team, helping maintain and improve equipment in a high-volume environment. Candidates must be open to working rotating 12-hour shifts (modified DuPont schedule) and have a strong background in electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems. Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience OR 3+ years with an Associate's Degree in Industrial Maintenance
  • Must be Multi-Craft (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics)
  • Willingness to work rotating 12-hour shifts (modified DuPont schedule - includes days, nights, weekends)
  • Experience in industrial production, conveyor systems, and high-voltage equipment (up to 480V)
  • Familiarity with CMMS for logging maintenance activities
  • Comfortable using tools and equipment such as hoists, welding gear, grinders, diagnostic instruments, etc.
  • Able to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals

Desired Skills & Experience
  • Experience with Allen Bradley PLCs
  • Knowledge of EtherNet/IP, ControlNet, and DeviceNet communication systems
  • Strong understanding of AC drives, encoders, and motor troubleshooting
  • Hands-on experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
  • Exposure to automation or distributed control systems
  • Calibration of process instrumentation (flow, pressure, level, temperature)

What You Will Be Doing

Tech Breakdown:
  • 40% Mechanical (gearboxes, conveyors, hydraulics)
  • 30% Electrical (motors, drives, wiring, 480V systems)
  • 30% Electronics/PLC/Instrumentation

Daily Responsibilities:
  • 70% Hands-On Troubleshooting & Repairs
  • 15% Preventative Maintenance
  • 15% Team Collaboration & CMMS Documentation

The Offer
  • Hourly rate: $35.00 - $41.00/hr
  • Bonus eligible
