Location: Lansing, MI (Hybrid 2 days onsite/week) Local Candidates ONLY
Interview Process: 1st Round: Virtual (via MS Teams)
2nd Round: In-person at the Lansing, MI office

Lead business and system analysis for applications in the Public Health program area

Develop and maintain detailed functional requirement documents
-
Conduct gap analysis and document user stories and task breakdowns for Agile development
-
Support full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including design, development, and testing
-
Create wireframes, prototypes, mockups, screen layouts, and flowcharts
-
Assist with documentation for EASA, firewall rules, hosting solutions, and State-standard IT designs
-
Support RFI, RFP, IT Readiness Checklist, and Change Management processes
-
Design, execute, and document test plans and test cases
-
Perform UAT, post-implementation testing, and defect tracking
-
Ensure documentation is updated to reflect system upgrades and changes
-
Provide application monitoring and support during peak periods
-
Deliver training plans, documentation, and knowledge transfer
