Job Description
As a strategic Workday partner, Jade Global is looking for a strong leader who will expand Jade's Workday business by delivering value-added solutions to customers. This is a senior leadership role with the responsibility to accelerate expansion of our Workday unit.
Areas of responsibility are defined below:
- Expand and strengthen existing Workday offerings of Jade Global
- Define and develop Go-To-Market approach in collaboration with Channel, Sales, and Marketing
- Own and drive strategic pursuits to ensure alignment with our client's requirements, quality of content, and conformance with the methods and practices of our client.
- Provide sales team support and leadership for solutions. Assist sales staff with solutions sales, client interactions, and present capabilities to client audience.
- Drive demand generation strategies for the practice with the help of sales and marketing teams
- Drive account mining strategies in collaboration with Sales and Delivery Teams
- Network and Develop strong relationships with Workday, partners and customer executives.
- Drive annual business planning and budgeting for the Practice.
- Collaborate with other practices to develop end to end offerings.
- Execute strategy and tactics necessary to meet or exceed practice financial targets and key performance indicators (KPI).

- Deep understanding of Workday solutions and its ecosystem with 5+ Years of working experience and hands-on knowledge of Workday Implementations
- SME level knowledge on Workday HCM
- 5+ Years of pre-sales experience
- Strong leadership experience
- Workday implementation certification(s) is added advantage
- Demonstrate strong personal communication and executive presence to establish interest, credibility, and trust.
