Sr. IT Project Manager - Oracle CCB/MDM Systems

Our Tier 1 client has an immediate opening for a Senior IT Project Manager - Oracle CCB/MDM Systems to join their Technology division.

Location: Orlando, FL (onsite)

Salary range: Up to $145k

OVERVIEW:

• Experienced Senior IT Project Manager to oversee and manage various IT projects within the utility sector for the Meter-to-Cash team.
• This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Quality Engineering, IT teams, vendors, and business units, to ensure that IT systems meet the business's operational needs.
• PMP or other PM certification required.
• Strong knowledge of PSERM, Oracle CCB or Oracle Meter Data Management

The ideal candidate will have:

• A strong background in IT project management, preferably within the utilities sector, and the ability to manage multiple small- to medium-sized projects simultaneously (typically under $100K and less than 3 months in duration).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure business needs are met through effective IT solutions
• Oversee project work such as patching, data cleanup, email updates, and purging legacy data
• Lead the implementation of data subsetting and obfuscation processes, and support customizations to enhance business operations
• Coordinate with testers, SMEs, knowledge providers, and environment managers to track and manage environment utilization
• Provide timely updates and documentation, including project status reports and monthly scorecard contributions
• Utilize tools such as Jira, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Project to manage project plans and timelines

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or directly related field from an accredited university. In lieu of a degree, equivalent combination of education, certification, training, and directly related project management experience may be substitutable on a 1:1 basis.
• PMP or other project management certification (required).
• Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in IT project management; including successful oversight of large, complex projects or programs (required).
• Strong familiarity with PSERM, CCB, or Oracle MDM
• Experience using Jira and Microsoft Project (or spreadsheets for project tracking)
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations and report on project status
