Job Details
A Power Platform Innovator uses the low-code Power Platform to operate at the intersection of requirements gathering, analytics, and design. You will collaborate with stakeholders and customers in support of building apps that meet a variety of business needs. You will communicate and collaborate with customers to convert their existing business processes into Power App solutions.
Responsibilities
Design and develop Power App solutions.
Collaborate with customers to define their needs and conduct external research to support projects.
Participate in meetings, task groups, teams, reviews, and other environments to assist in collaborative solutions.
Review project deliverables for quality, completeness, and adherence to applicable regulations, customer requirements, and standards.
Engage with stakeholders on agile prototyping to demonstrate the art of the possible and find creative solutions for complex business use cases.
Contribute to the iterative review of Power Platform products, documenting feedback and following up on action items during product development.
Generate related solution documentation and Power BI dashboards.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience required.
Must have a Secret security clearance.
Basic database development knowledge with at least one database platform (e.g., Dataverse, MS Access, SQL, etc.)
Basic knowledge of at least one programming, functional, and/or query language (e.g., Power FX, PQFL, SQL, DAX, VBA, etc.) in a professional or academic environment
Microsoft Excel Power User; advanced proficiency with functions
Working knowledge with 2 or more of the following Power Platform technologies: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse
Possess a customer-centric attitude with excellent communication skills, strong personal integrity, and teamwork abilities.
Ongoing commitment to learning the latest innovations; both via formal training and self-guided research.
Preferred:
Experience building Model-Driven Power Apps
Power Automate cloud flows, desktop flows, or business process flows.
Business requirement gathering and analysis.
Custom connectors for Power Apps and Power Automate
Software development knowledge ASP, .NET, Java, etc.
General web technologies including HTML, CSS, C#, web APIs, JSON, or JavaScript
An eye for clean, easy to use, UI/UX implementations.
Familiarity with generating documentation of solutions, processes, and checklists
