Focus: Cloud migration.
Global Onboarding Program, enabling customers to open accounts directly via the NT website
Experience: Must have TOGAF or C4 Models expertise.

The Data and Information Architect is a hands-on architect with wide range of data integration and data management skills. The candidate will be working on the firm's various data initiatives as part of the Digital Process Automation Architecture team to ensure successful outcomes. The architect must take initiative to problem solving and promote an enablement culture of a data-driven approach.
The candidate showcases their passion for data design and architecture as a key tenant for engineering excellence and optimization across our business initiatives.
Your Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Lead information architecture design across capabilities and cross-functional business initiatives
- Collaborate with business and solution architecture and enable best practices in data modeling, taxonomy and vocabulary standardization.
- Analyze business requirements and translate to data models and flows.
- Identify and enforce necessary governance oversight with Information Security to ensure compliance with needed data security policies and controls.
- Engage with business partners, architects and technology engineers to design robust data enablement solutions.
- Work with SMEs, solution architects and engineers to analyze and suggest optimal data ingestion and publishing solutions.
- Assess and advocate data technologies and practices eliminating gaps between the current state and a well-targeted future state.
- Share engagement solutions and outcomes with colleagues to improve delivery on future projects.

Your Qualifications:
- At least 8 years of experience developing data and services in an enterprise and/or cloud environment.
- Proven expertise in data Ingestion and data management architecture.
- Deep working experience of one or more data engineering technology such as Databricks, Azure data services.
- Proficiency of using one or more data modeling tools and SQL
- Skilled in one or more programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, Scala, etc.
- Proven experience with relational databases such as Oracle, Postgres, SQL Server.
- Experience with database resiliency, failover, traffic routing and database sharding on the cloud
- Ability to evaluate, prototype and recommend emerging cloud data technologies and services.
- Working experience in Agile methodologies and data governance processes.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
Preferred Specific Skills:
- Working knowledge of data security solutions.
- Experience with modern polyglot databases such as Snowflake, MongoDB, Cosmos, Cassandra, etc.
- Familiar or hands-on experience of cloud data analytics tools such as Synapse
