Job Details

Role: Senior Manhattan EWM Functional Consultant
Location: Duluth, GA or Fort Worth, TX
Duration: 6 Months Contract to Hire

Project Context:
This role is pivotal for driving EWM process improvements, ensuring system alignment with business needs, and significantly enhancing the internal IT team's ability to support the EWM system long-term.

Key Focus:

  • Leverage deep Manhattan EWM expertise to standardize and optimize warehouse processes (Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, Labor Management).

  • Act as the primary EWM functional expert, collaborating with stakeholders (IT, Operations) to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations.

  • Perform hands-on EWM configuration, focusing on core WM, Inbound/Outbound shipments, and Labor Management.

  • Develop and execute test plans for EWM configurations.

  • Provide expert-level functional support and troubleshooting for EWM.

  • Crucially, design and deliver training specifically for internal IT users to build their EWM knowledge and support capabilities.


Required Profile:

  • Experience: 7-10 years in Manhattan WMS/EWM, with significant EWM focus. Proven experience in process standardization and configuring Inbound, Outbound, and Labor Management modules.

  • Technical Skills: Expert-level EWM functional knowledge and configuration skills. Proficiency in process mapping and system testing.

  • Soft Skills: Exceptional communication (especially explaining technical concepts to IT), strong analytical/problem-solving abilities, effective stakeholder management, ability to train technical users, and proven remote work capability.
