Required min 10+ years of exp on Oracle Recruiting Cloud Functional
Need Min 12+ years of exp on Oracle HCM Functional Cloud Implementation
Implement and integrate Oracle Cloud HCM modules, especially Talent Management and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).
Collaborate with HR teams to define requirements and configure the systems accordingly.
Conduct training sessions for end-users on effective use of HCM systems.
Monitor system performance and implement optimization strategies.
Stay updated with Oracle Cloud HCM updates and best practices.
