Job Details
Join our team as a Salesforce Engineer and make a significant impact by solving complex Salesforce challenges in a dynamic, remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and resolve intricate Salesforce issues to ensure optimal application performance and availability.
- Provide strategic recommendations and consultation to Product Development teams to address complex challenges efficiently.
- Conduct daily administrative tasks, including data management and workflow operations.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate on integrations with various applications and systems, enhancing operational efficiency.
Skills
- Proven experience with Salesforce customizations, including objects, validation rules, and workflows.
- Proficiency in REST and SOAP integrations with Salesforce.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in debugging and using data tools.
- Excellent communication abilities to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in handling on-call responsibilities for production support.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with app exchange products like Box, Copado, or DocuSign.
- Experience with DevOps roles and Java product integrations.
- Knowledge of troubleshooting tools such as AppDynamics and Splunk.
