We are seeking two high-caliber Project Managers to support strategic initiatives within the Global Data Office. The immediate need is for a PM to collaborate directly with the client on developing a comprehensive Decommission Roadmap. This roadmap will guide the transition from legacy assets to strategic platforms, with a strong focus on Change Management and User Adoption.
The second PM will begin in January and support broader program execution and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage an end-to-end Decommission Roadmap for legacy systems.
Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth user transition and adoption of strategic assets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies.
Drive stakeholder engagement and communication planning.
Monitor progress, track deliverables, and report status updates to leadership.
Support hiring and onboarding of additional resources as needed.
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in Project Management within large enterprise environments.
Strong background in Change Management and User Adoption strategies.
Ability to work independently and part-time with flexibility.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in decommissioning legacy systems or platforms is a plus.
PMP or equivalent certification preferred
