Key responsibilities of SuccessFactors Solution Architect include client consultation, process analysis, system configuration (e.g., Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance and Goal Management, Compensation & Learning), training, and resolving technical issues.

Qualifications often include experience with SuccessFactors modules, knowledge of HR processes, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Key responsibilities

• Consulting and analysis: Work with clients to understand their HR processes and business needs and advise on how SuccessFactors can meet those needs.
• Configuration and implementation: Design, configure, and maintain specific SuccessFactors modules like Employee Central (EC), Onboarding (ONB), Recruiting Management (RCM), and Performance Management (PMGM).
• Support and training: Provide training and support to ensure successful adoption of the system.
• Problem-solving: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and system performance problems.
• Integration: Deep knowledge on seamless integration between SuccessFactors and SAP ECC systems.
• Documentation: Develop and maintain configuration guides and user manuals.
• Staying current: Keep up-to-date with the latest SAP SuccessFactors features, updates, and best practices.

Common qualifications

• Experience: A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and configuration is frequently required.
• Technical skills: Strong understanding of specific SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central is often a core requirement) and experience with data migration and reporting tools.
• Business acumen: Solid knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
