Job Title: Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

Description:
Location - Remote, US
Travel Expectations - 50% travel within the US

Key responsibilities of SuccessFactors Solution Architect include client consultation, process analysis, system configuration (e.g., Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance and Goal Management, Compensation & Learning), training, and resolving technical issues.
Qualifications often include experience with SuccessFactors modules, knowledge of HR processes, and strong analytical and communication skills.
Key responsibilities
- Consulting and analysis: Work with clients to understand their HR processes and business needs and advise on how SuccessFactors can meet those needs.
- Configuration and implementation: Design, configure, and maintain specific SuccessFactors modules like Employee Central (EC), Onboarding (ONB), Recruiting Management (RCM), and Performance Management (PMGM).
- Support and training: Provide training and support to ensure successful adoption of the system.
- Problem-solving: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and system performance problems.
- Integration: Deep knowledge on seamless integration between SuccessFactors and SAP ECC systems.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain configuration guides and user manuals.
- Staying current: Keep up-to-date with the latest SAP SuccessFactors features, updates, and best practices.
Common qualifications
- Experience: A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and configuration is frequently required.
- Technical skills: Strong understanding of specific SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central is often a core requirement) and experience with data migration and reporting tools.
- Business acumen: Solid knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
- Soft skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Certifications: Certifications in key modules like Employee Central can be required or advantageous.
