About the Role

The fundamental goal of Product Operations is to ensure we build the right products to move our business forward globally, that we have the right go to market strategy, and that we ensure that our business and product teams have clear shared goals. Product Operations works closely with cross-functional partners to ensure that surface needs, prioritize, test, rollout and iterate on products.

What the Candidate Will Do:

Strategy
  • Lead Connect global program, define key work-streams, and drive accountability for Connect growth globally
  • Lead Connect financial and resource planning and make sure that we're fully set up for future growth
  • Surface and advocate for key insights from the business to advise product improvements
  • Advise product teams on the global feasibility of products throughout the product lifecycle
  • Lead a community of strategic leaders to encourage meaningful impact to the business
Collaboration
  • Align functional partners on key objectives for the program/product
  • Collaborate with key partners (legal, tax, policy, support etc) to prepare the product for launch, in line with business objectives
  • Maintain regular communications with cross-functional partners across the org
Operations
  • Define the operating structure and processes to implement on product strategy as an individual contributor on a highly-effective product operations team
  • Develop an end-to-end product testing & rollout plan, and project-manage implementation
  • Track core business metrics related to the product
  • Identify key problem areas and/or geographies impacted by the product post-launch
Basic Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication, the ability to engage internal and external customers
  • Deep analytical experience, SQL Proficiency
  • Great Leadership skills, the ability of leading informally and getting into agreements that will take our business forward
  • Strong cross-functional, project management experience
  • Ability to use data to inform and support critical decisions
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in operations, business consulting, finance or similar analytical role
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience working on global projects, or in an international setting
  • Strategic alignment, able to bring key partners across functions together
  • Ability to foster collaboration and facilitate teamwork
  • Quantitative experience is a plus
For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$158,000 per year - USD$175,500 per year.

For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$158,000 per year - USD$175,500 per year.
