Job Description
This position within Lockheed Martin Enterprise Operations supports the LM Space Site Delivery Services organization. This position will be onsite at one of our campuses in Colorado. This position has multiple responsibilities to stretch across IT disciplines including IT hardware asset inventory/management, security compliance assessment and remediation, hardware and software troubleshooting, root cause analysis, resolution and optimization. The selected candidate will have hands-on experience with windows system administration collaborating on all stages of project support effort. May require on-call rotation and traveling between sites within CO when required.
Basic Qualifications

Experience identifying security vulnerabilities and performing remediation and security management (i.e. system hardening, log management, antivirus management, security certificate installs and renewals)
Current Security+, A+, and Network+ certifications (or ability to obtain within 6 mos).
Experience with IT asset inventory management
Experience with Operating Systems life cycle management and configuration management (i.e., Installation/Upgrades, System Imaging, Account Management, Print Services, Domain Services, Hardware Modernization, Performance Monitoring, etc.)
Experience supporting daily incident response (i.e., Helpdesk, etc.)
Experience with Windows Operating Systems (i.e. Windows 10, 2019, 2022, etc.)
Experience with Antivirus tools
Experience with Backup software
Experience performing Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) software installations and support
Detail oriented, self-motivated, task driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders of varying technical expertise
Experience in conducting periodic IT configuration assessments and resolving complex technical issues in a team environment
Adaptable and able to thrive in diverse IT environments
Ability to lift 30lbs
Desired skills
Advanced analytical and critical thinking skills, with a proven track record of problem-solving and follow-through in high-pressure situations
Familiarity with Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) requirements and standards
Experience in configuring and troubleshooting Operational Technology (OT) systems
Possession of CySA+ certification or equivalent, demonstrating expertise in cybersecurity and IT security practices
Bachelors Degree

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $63,800 - $112,470. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
