The SAP Cross-Functional Lead is responsible for providing functional integration oversight across multiple SAP modules to ensure end-to-end business process alignment, seamless solution design, and successful program delivery. This role works closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, technical teams, and project leadership to drive integrated designs, manage cross-functional dependencies, and ensure that solutions meet business objectives, performance expectations, and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead cross-functional design discussions across SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP, FI/CO, EWM, QM, PM, IBP, TM).
Ensure end-to-end business process alignment and integration across workstreams.
Validate functional design documents, configuration work, and WRICEF specs across modules.
Identify process interdependencies and provide guidance to mitigate functional conflicts.
Act as a single functional point of contact between business leads and SAP workstreams.
Conduct requirement workshops, solution demos, and fit-gap analysis for integrated processes.
Support business process harmonization, standardization, and template deployment.
Work closely with ABAP, BASIS, PI/PO, BTP, and integration teams to ensure holistic technical-functional delivery.
Oversee WRICEF development lifecycle and ensure deliverables align with integrated process design.
Lead cross-functional readiness for cutover, data migration, and go-live activities.
Identify opportunities to optimize business processes using SAP best practices.
Recommend process improvements, automation, and adoption of new SAP innovations (S/4HANA, BTP, AI/ML, Fiori).
Strong understanding of end-to-end SAP business processes across multiple modules.
Experience leading cross-functional workshops and driving integrated solution design.
Good understanding in S/4HANA processes (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Plan-to-Produce, Record-to-Report).
Ability to translate business outcomes into integrated SAP solutions.
Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
Experience coordinating large, multi-disciplinary teams.

We are looking for an experienced SAP Engagement Manager with a proven track record of 15+ years in implementing and supporting SAP solutions across multiple modules. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep SAP knowledge, and the ability to manage complex cross functional projects from initiation to post-go-live support.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end SAP implementation/enhancement projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
Develop and manage project plans, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution.
Oversee SAP solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
Manage change requests and ensure proper documentation and governance.
Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement initiatives.
Conduct regular status meetings and report progress to senior leadership.
Understanding of Capgemini Tools and Enablers to support the project
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in SAP project management, including full lifecycle implementations.
Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, etc.).
Proven experience in managing large-scale SAP projects in Manufacturing, Automotive, or similar industries.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
PMP or SAP-certified project management credentials preferred.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration or implementation.
Knowledge of integration with third-party systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Education:
Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.
Advanced degree or certifications (PMP, SAP) is a plus.
