Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Database Analyst to join our team in Northern, New Jersey. In this role, you will play a key part in managing product data systems and ensuring seamless data flow across internal and external platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain data accuracy and support product launches.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the implementation and management of a centralized Product Information Management (PIM) system, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.

Configure and maintain product data to enable efficient syndication across platforms such as Aligntrac, 1WorldSync, and GS1.

Coordinate product launches by ensuring timely and precise data setup to support marketing and operational needs.

Work closely with marketing, product management, quality assurance, and IT to align the data platform with organizational objectives.

Generate monthly reports detailing product setup activities while adhering to established standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).

Conduct routine audits to maintain high standards of data integrity across systems.

Provide ongoing support for system enhancements and perform additional duties as required.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, ecommerce, or a related field.
Proven experience in PIM systems, product data syndication, or item setup, preferably within the food industry.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with PIM tools is highly desirable.
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
Strong collaborative mindset and adaptability to process-driven environments.
Knowledge of database systems, CRM tools, and business intelligence platforms.
Analytical skills with experience in creating dashboards and conducting data analysis.
