Role: Artificial Intelligence Machine Learning Consultant

Location: Hybrid- Onsite, Multiple locations across the US

Type: W2 Contract

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and solutions-driven AI/ML Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is not just an engineer, but a problem-solver, someone who can translate complex business challenges into scalable machine learning solutions. You'll work directly with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge AI/ML models that drive real business value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for applying AI/ML solutions.
  • Design and implement machine learning models (supervised, unsupervised, deep learning, NLP, etc.) using Python or other modern tools.
  • Analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data to extract actionable insights.
  • Develop scalable ML pipelines and deploy models using MLOps best practices (CI/CD, versioning, monitoring).
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Stay current with trends in AI/ML and identify opportunities for innovation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field.
  • 9+ years of professional experience in machine learning, data science, or AI consulting roles.
  • Strong programming skills in Python (NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
  • Experience in model deployment and MLOps frameworks (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
  • Strong grasp of statistics, data wrangling, and feature engineering.
  • Experience with natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or time series forecasting is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

  • Prior consulting experience with Fortune 500 clients.
  • Experience with generative AI tools like LLMs (OpenAI, HuggingFace, etc.).
  • Knowledge of data engineering tools like Spark, Airflow, or DBT.
  • Familiarity with responsible AI, fairness, and model interpretability tools (SHAP, LIME).
