Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Enterprise QA Lead with strong hands-on expertise in automation and exceptional communication skills to lead QA across large-scale enterprise programs. This role demands strategic thinking, strong technical skills, and the ability to drive quality across complex, cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute enterprise-wide QA strategy for large programs involving multiple teams and technologies.
  • Provide hands-on leadership in automation frameworks (Selenium, RestAssured, etc.) and CI/CD integration.
  • Drive quality engineering best practices across functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
  • Collaborate with Program Managers, Developers, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders to define quality goals and metrics.
  • Identify quality risks early and ensure mitigation plans are in place.
  • Build and lead a high-performing QA team, mentoring them on technical and process excellence.
  • Create and maintain dashboards for executive reporting on quality KPIs.
  • Continuously assess QA maturity and implement process improvements (e.g., shift-left, test data management, etc).
  • Engage with enterprise tools (JIRA, ADO, etc.) for managing test cycles and reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience in QA, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing large enterprise-level programs.
  • Strong hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and scripting.
  • Proven experience driving QA in Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD environments.
  • Experience working in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform) and microservices testing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to interface with senior executives and global stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Prior experience in a regulated domain (Finance, Healthcare, Airlines, etc.) is a plus
