Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketplace Subject Matter Expert (SME) with expertise in implementing and architecting marketplaces to sell Telecom and IT solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of marketplace dynamics, vendor relationships, and technical integrations necessary for successful marketplace operations.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the implementation and architecture of a marketplace platform tailored for selling Telecom and IT solutions.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, sales, and marketing to define marketplace requirements and strategy.
3. Design and develop the technical infrastructure required for seamless integration of vendors, products, and services within the marketplace.
4. Provide expert guidance on marketplace best practices, vendor selection, and partner onboarding processes.
5. Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to continuously optimize the marketplace offering.
6. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners regarding marketplace-related inquiries and issues.
7. Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate internal teams and partners on marketplace functionality and benefits.
8. Monitor and report on marketplace performance metrics, including sales, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
