Job Details

Title: Agile Scrum Master

Location: Regional Description (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Contract

Compensation:
Pay Range:$54.00-$77.00/Hrs

Description:
* Support global markets technology for equities and fixed income businesses.
* Lead and facilitate Scrum events and meetings.
* Mentor teams in agile principles and self-organization.
* Foster collaboration and communication within teams and stakeholders.
* Manage sprints, track progress, and ensure quality deliverables.
* Analyze and document business and functional requirements.
* Adapt to mixed delivery methodologies and new technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and conduct testing cycles, including acceptance criteria and user acceptance testing.
* Remove obstacles hindering team progress and resolve issues.
* Serve as a liaison between business partners and technical teams.
* Manage global project teams and prioritize deliverables.
* Support production delivery rollouts.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor s degree in a related field.
* 10 years of experience as a business analyst in a financial setting.
* Trained in Agile and Scrum methodology.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Proficiency in databases and project management tools.
