Job Details
Looking for an ADP Workforce Manager Consultant for an end of June start date on a 12-month contract. This role involves assisting with implementing and supporting the ADP Workforce Manager Solution with a focus on industry best practices and limited customization. You'll provide consulting and implementation services in line with agreed standards and timeframes. You ll be involved in solution design, configuration and testing, issue resolution and gap analysis, UAT and go-live support, and data migration.
Duration: 1 year
Location: Remote - Work CST time zone. Open to traveling into Milwaukee for workshops possible (expenses paid).
Requirements:
- Strong experience in implementing UKG Dimensions or ADP WFM (Workforce Management or UKG workforce management (all similar just renamed multiple times)
- Technical expert of ADP workforce manager
- Strong knowledge of ADP Activities, Incentive Pay, Time and Absence
- Demonstrated experience in an implementation role.
- Knowledge of payroll, human resources, and time management systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment. Preferred Skills include:
- Completion of UKG Workforce Dimensions or ADP Workforce Manager training.
- Technical experience in an implementation, client service, or customer service environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
