Job Overview:
The Oracle HCM Fusion Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end implementation of Oracle HCM Fusion applications. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring project milestones are met, and delivering high-quality HCM solutions that align with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Manage project scope, budget, and schedule to ensure successful and timely delivery.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including HR, IT, and business leaders, to understand business requirements and objectives.
- Facilitate communication between different teams to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Oversee the end-to-end implementation of Oracle HCM Fusion applications.
- Work closely with technical teams, consultants, and vendors to configure and customize the HCM system based on business needs.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of the implemented Oracle HCM Fusion system.
- Conduct testing and validation processes to confirm that the system meets business requirements.
- Develop and execute training programs for end-users and stakeholders.
- Implement change management strategies to facilitate smooth adoption of the new HCM system.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including requirements, design specifications, and testing documentation.
- Provide regular updates and reports to project stakeholders.
- Provide post-implementation support and address any issues or concerns that arise after the system goes live.
- Work with support teams to ensure ongoing system maintenance and optimization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Business Administration).
- Proven experience managing Oracle HCM Fusion implementations.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM Fusion applications.
- Experience in change management and training initiatives.
- Certifications in Oracle HCM Fusion and project management are a plus.
- Must be ready to travel to client location.
