Description
We are looking for an experienced Desktop Support Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This position is based onsite in Shoreview, Minnesota, and involves providing advanced desktop support for corporate users, including executives, and remote employees. You will play a critical role in ensuring seamless deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems.
Responsibilities:
Deploy and configure Windows and iOS laptops at the corporate campus to ensure smooth operations.
Deliver prompt technical support to executive staff and administrators, addressing urgent IT needs.
Provide maintenance and troubleshooting for audio/visual equipment across conference rooms and individual workspaces.
Collaborate with both onshore and offshore teams to support deployment processes and operations.
Manage hardware disposal activities in compliance with organizational standards.
Respond to incidents and resolve technical issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
Utilize Microsoft SCCM for desktop imaging and deployment tasks.
Maintain and update Active Directory accounts as part of user support and system management.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of desktop support experience in a corporate environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and advanced troubleshooting techniques.
Skilled in managing and deploying desktop hardware, including Windows 10 systems.
Experience with Active Directory for user account management and system configuration.
Familiarity with Apple iOS devices and their integration into corporate environments.
Strong customer service orientation and ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft SCCM for imaging and deployment.
Knowledge of A/V equipment setup and troubleshooting in settings requiring attention to detail.
