Role: Product Analyst P&C Insurance

Location: Atlanta, GA or New Jersey

Onsite Role - W2 Contract position

JD:

Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements for Gen AI features. Translate business needs into user stories and technical specifications. Work closely with engineering teams to support integrations using Frontend technologies, MuleSoft, and backend services. Ensure alignment with insurance product rules, workflows, and regulatory requirements. Drive UAT and support go-live readiness. Must-Have: 8+ years of experience as a Product Analyst or Business Analyst, with a strong focus on Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance. Good knowledge of SQL and Datawarehouse concepts and prior experience working with relational or cloud databases Good knowledge of BRD creation, STTM creation, Data Profiling and Data quality checks Proven expertise in insurance operations, including policy administration, claims, underwriting, and regulatory compliance. Demonstrated experience in driving complex integration projects, involving front-end, MuleSoft (or similar middleware), and backend systems. Strong track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams including developers, architects, data scientists, and QA. Experience working on AI/ML or Generative AI initiatives, particularly in regulated industries. Solid understanding of API integrations, data contracts, and end-to-end data flows in enterprise systems. Proficiency with Agile delivery frameworks, backlog grooming, user story creation, and sprint planning. Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, impact analysis, and stakeholder communication. Hands-on experience using tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, or other product collaboration platforms. Nice-to-Have: Exposure to Generative AI tools and platforms, including LLMs and prompt engineering. Familiarity with insurance core platforms (e.g., Guidewire, Duck Creek). Experience integrating AI features into customer-facing portals or internal underwriting tools. Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance specific to AI in the insurance sector. Background in UI/UX collaboration and iterative prototyping.
