Job Details

Key responsibilities
Regulatory Communication: Develop and edit pharmacy-related regulatory communications with high accuracy and clarity.
Compliance Expertise: Ensure alignment with CMS, URAC, state regulations, and other pharmacy compliance standards.
Content Auditing: Review and validate content for clarity, consistency, and regulatory alignment.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with legal, regulatory, and internal teams to maintain communication standards.
Risk Mitigation: Identify and address gaps in pharmacy communications.
Quality Assurance: Track communications and perform quality checks.
Document Management: Maintain document and version control systems.
Required Skills & Experience
Pharmacy Compliance Knowledge: Deep understanding of federal and state pharmacy regulations.
Writing & Editing: Strong writing skills for regulated content.
Regulatory Communication: Experience in pharmacy regulatory communication.
Auditing & Accuracy: Proven ability to audit and ensure content accuracy.
Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional teams.
Tracking & QA: Familiarity with communication tracking and quality assurance.
Document Control: Experience with document/version control systems.
