Required Skills and Key Qualifications



  • Critical thinker with a positive outlook, outstanding customer service skills, and experience providing technical consultation.

  • Experience with Microsoft 365 Administration, to include Identity & Access Management, Endpoint & Device Management, Security & Compliance, Governance & Automation, and Hybrid & Integration.

  • Deep understanding and extensive knowledge around designing, installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows Servers and Workstations, both physical and virtualized.

  • Experience designing, installing, managing, and troubleshooting network infrastructure components and network security solutions.

  • Deep understanding and extensive knowledge around managing a Windows Active Directory Domain, including strong experience with Group Policy Object (GPO) setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

  • Experience in supporting Microsoft Hyper-V Clusters, VMware, and Proxmox.



Desired Skills and Key Qualifications



  • Experience deploying and supporting backup / DR solutions, especially Barracuda Backup, Veeam, Slide, Datto.

  • Experience supporting desktop deployments and end users utilizing Microsoft Windows 11/10 and popular business applications such as Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365.

  • Experience installing and supporting Enterprise-grade SANs, such as Alletra and Nimble.

  • Experience designing, deploying, troubleshooting, and\or supporting Enterprise Wireless infrastructure, especially Cisco, Ubiquity, HPE Aruba, and Ruckus.

  • Experience scripting and automating procedures utilizing Windows PowerShell.

  • Experience designing, provisioning, and performing cloud migrations of Windows Servers and data to SharePoint and Azure.

  • Familiarity and experience migrating file storage from traditional file servers to a OneDrive/SharePoint environment, especially with utilizing Intune and Azure Identity Management.

  • Experience using MSP-oriented RMM and PSA solutions, especially ConnectWise Manage, Ninja RMM, and Blackpoint Cyber.



Desired Experience




  • Minimum of 5 years of current, hands-on, experience in the same or similar role.
