About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our supply chain team. As an Entry-Level Supply Chain Coordinator, you will support day-to-day logistics, inventory management, procurement activities, and data reporting to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain operations. This is an excellent opportunity for entry level candidates or individuals beginning their career in supply chain management.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the coordination of supply chain operations including procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
Support data collection, analysis, and reporting to track key supply chain metrics.
Work closely with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, shipments, and inventory.
Help prepare reports on supplier performance, inventory levels, and cost analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (procurement, operations, finance) to optimize workflows.
Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency.
Assist in resolving any issues related to order discrepancies, delays, or quality concerns.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
