SAP S4 Testing & Cutover Project Manager
LaSalle Network has partnered with a major CPG client seeking a Testing & Cutover Project Manager to lead critical execution phases of a global SAP S/4HANA transformation. This role is ideal for a project manager with strong experience in enterprise testing and deployment planning. While hands-on SAP experience is preferred, it is not required-what's most important is your ability to manage testing cycles, coordinate cutover activities, and ensure go-live readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of all testing phases: unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Coordinate test case development, defect triage, and resolution with functional and technical teams.
- Manage the setup and use of testing tools (e.g., HP ALM) in collaboration with the Testing COE.
- Drive the development and execution of the cutover strategy, including dress rehearsals and go-live readiness.
- Track progress, risks, and dependencies across testing and cutover workstreams.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to ensure alignment and readiness.
- Support program governance, reporting, and stakeholder communications.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of project management experience, ideally including involvement in at least one SAP S/4HANA or large-scale ERP implementation.
- Proven experience managing enterprise testing and/or deployment activities.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with SAP systems and testing tools is a plus, but not required.
- PMP or SAP Activate certification preferred.
- Experience with Jira or similar tools is a plus.
