Job Details

About the Role:
We re looking for a Sr. Quality Engineer to join the Customer Identity Access Management (CIAM) team, focusing on automation, authentication, and security testing. You ll be a key contributor in delivering secure and reliable identity features like registration, login, and MFA across modern applications and services.

What You ll Be Doing:

  • Design and execute test strategies for registration, login, and multi-factor authentication systems

  • Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams with developers, UX designers, and product owners

  • Automate tests for microservices, APIs, and front-end applications

  • Troubleshoot issues and maintain quality in complex environments

  • Support continuous integration with tools like Jenkins, Git, and Jira

Must-Have Skills:

  • Hands-on with Java, SQL, GitHub, Jenkins, REST/SOAP APIs

  • Strong understanding of CIAM, especially testing authentication flows

  • Experience in Agile/Scrum, automation testing, and bug tracking

  • Good knowledge of test strategies, QA processes, and documentation

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Okta, Auth0, BureauLink, Strata, or Docugen

  • Proficiency in JavaScript, API testing tools, and DevOps pipelines
