Job Details

Job Description:

  • The IT Infrastructure Planning Strategy & Operations team is seeking a Compute Resources / GPU Technical Infrastructure Manager to lead capacity planning, budgeting, and operational excellence across large-scale compute and GPU environments.
  • This role is responsible for managing infrastructure projects, driving efficiency initiatives, monitoring key performance metrics, and ensuring effective utilization of compute and GPU resources to support organizational growth and innovation.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee capacity planning, forecasting, and performance optimization for compute and GPU infrastructure.
  • Develop and manage infrastructure budgets and resource allocation strategies.
  • Lead cross-functional infrastructure and efficiency improvement projects.
  • Monitor operational metrics to ensure reliability, scalability, and cost-effectiveness of compute resources.
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and finance teams to align infrastructure plans with business objectives.
  • Drive initiatives that enhance infrastructure utilization, automation, and efficiency.
  • Support long-term infrastructure strategy, including GPU resource scaling and modernization initiatives.


Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure planning, operations, or capacity management.
  • Strong background managing compute or GPU-based infrastructure environments.
  • Proven experience leading infrastructure or efficiency projects in large-scale technical operations.


Skills:

  • Capacity planning, budgeting, and infrastructure performance analysis.
  • Deep understanding of compute, storage, and GPU technologies.
  • Proficiency with infrastructure monitoring and management tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.


Education:

  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent practical experience required.
