Job Title: Senior Bench Sales Recruiter

Job Summary:
The Senior Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for managing the placement and marketing of IT consultants on the bench, sourcing job opportunities, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and vendors. The role demands excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills to successfully place consultants in suitable positions and meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, recruit, and market bench consultants to prime vendors, clients, and potential job opportunities.
Maintain updated knowledge of consultant skills, availability, and project requirements.
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social networks, and direct contacts.
Negotiate rates and contract terms with clients and vendors.
Monitor submission progress, schedule interviews, and ensure timely placements.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with prime vendors and clients.
Manage consultant bench timelines and coordinate follow-ups.
Maintain accurate daily and weekly recruitment reports and databases.
Mentor junior recruiters and support bench sales team initiatives.
Collaborate with account managers to align consultant skills and client needs.
Drive sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
Minimum 10 years' experience in bench sales recruitment, preferably in IT staffing.
Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and staffing market trends.
Proven track record in successful bench consultant placements and client negotiations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM tools, and MS Office suite.
Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure with attention to detail.
