Our challenge

We are looking for talented Java developers with experience in FircoSoft Continuity to join our team. This role involves developing, customizing, and integrating FircoSoft solutions to support compliance and operational needs in financial services.

Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within New York, NY is $120k - $130k/year & benefits (see below).

The Role

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, customize, and configure FircoSoft Continuity modules using Java to enhance system functionalities.
  • Design and implement rules for alerting systems, alerts configuration, Auto Hit Qualifiers, and Workflow Accelerators within FircoSoft.
  • Integrate FircoSoft with various databases, TP systems, and middleware services through Java-based APIs and connectors.
  • Ensure solutions adhere to regulatory standards such as OFAC, FATF, EU Sanctions, FCPA, and KYC requirements.
  • Build tools, utilities, and reporting mechanisms using Java to facilitate regulatory compliance and monitoring.
  • Develop and optimize database objects to support application features and reporting.
Requirements:
  • Strong Java programming skills, with hands-on experience in integrating with FircoSoft Continuity environment.
  • Experience with REST APIs, message queues, and middleware integration using Java.
  • Solid understanding of database management including SQL, PL/SQL, and T-SQL.
  • Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with system architecture design and deployment best practices.
  • Deep understanding of AML, sanctions screening, and compliance/regulatory frameworks globally.
