Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Specialist with a deep understanding of data segmentation, campaign design, and activation workflows. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and testing multi-channel and email-only campaigns while ensuring seamless integration between AEP and AJO.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) to support personalized marketing campaigns.
  • Segment data in AEP for efficient activation in AJO.
  • Design, build, and test multi-channel and email-only campaigns in AJO.
  • Document campaign build steps and configurations, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Recommend optimized campaign flows for effective data utilization from AEP.
  • Collaborate with teams to enhance customer journey strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to improve execution and ensure seamless collaboration.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • Expertise in AEP and AJO with hands-on experience in segmentation and activation.
  • Proficiency in multi-channel campaign development, testing, and optimization.
  • Ability to document workflows and recommend improvements.
