Job Details

Piper Companies is seeking a skilled Cloud Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. This position will be fully remote . The Cloud Data Analyst will be responsible for developing solutions around data that aligns with business requirements.

Responsibilities for the Cloud Data Analyst:

  • Will be a shared resource between IT and Data Analytics and Research departments. Will report to IT leadership.
  • Will understand the business needs with data and work with the data engineers to take the requirements gathered to build solutions.
  • Will need to be good at reading data and understanding the story the data is telling without bias


Qualifications for the Cloud Data Analyst:

  • AWS data services experience - Quicksight, S3, Glue, etc.
  • Experience working with Data Lakes & Data Marts
  • Will be a shared resource between IT and Data Analytics and Research departments. Will report to IT leadership.
  • Will understand the business needs with data and work with the data engineers to take the requirements gathered to build solutions.
  • Will need to be good at reading data and understanding the story the data is telling without bias.
  • Experience working with Data Lakes & Data Marts, required
  • Experience working in higher education is a huge bonus .


Compensation for the Cloud Data Analyst:

  • Salary Range: $130,000-145,000
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Cigna Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave if required by law, and Holidays
