A highly skilled Solutions Architect with a strong background in Data Science and
experience in the healthcare domain to lead solution architecture, data strategy,
and platform integration efforts. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in
designing and implementing data-driven WFM (Workforce Management) solutions
tailored for healthcare payers and providers, with a particular focus on Medicare
plan operations, capacity planning, and compliance (HIPAA).
Key Responsibilities
Lead the solution architecture of healthcare-focused data platforms and
workflow management systems.
Design scalable and compliant systems for Medicare/Medicaid operations,
supporting capacity planning, performance analytics, and customer
segmentation.
Define and enforce data governance and integration standards with EHR,
CRM, billing systems, and WFM tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PMs, Engineers, Data Scientists,
QA) in an Agile environment.
Drive the development of data models, forecasting frameworks, and
metrics/KPIs for operational efficiency.
Engage with client stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable,
secure technical solutions.
Ensure all designs and solutions comply with HIPAA regulations and
security best practices.
Provide architectural guidance on tools like Atlassian Jira, Google
Workspace, Snowflake, Tableau/Qlik, and ETL/ELT pipelines.
Participate in requirement workshops and provide technical leadership
throughout the SDLC.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor;s or Master;s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related
field.
10+ years of experience in technology roles, including at least 3 5 years as a
Solutions Architect.
Proven experience in healthcare IT (especially Medicare/Medicaid domain).
Strong background in data science, predictive modeling, capacity
planning, and workflow analytics.
Proficiency in data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, Azure Data Lake)
and BI tools (Qlik, Tableau, Power BI).
Solid experience with ETL/ELT pipelines, data engineering, and integration
of structured and unstructured data sources.
Familiarity with WFM systems and operational metrics such as occupancy
rate, agent utilization, and forecast accuracy.
Deep understanding of HIPAA compliance and its impact on architecture and
data handling.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact with both
technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
Experience working with U.S.-based healthcare clients.
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for infrastructure automation.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and Jira-based delivery
tracking.
Familiarity with UI/UX principles, particularly in healthcare apps.
