Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Architect to lead in the design and development of software applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, testing, and improving frameworks and systems to optimize the functionality of our business. They will work closely with other software developers and engineers to ensure consistency and improve user experience. The Application Architect will also analyze system requirements and address any relevant problems. They will also perform troubleshooting, provide solutions to technical issues, and ensure that the design and application of software systems meet the company's requirements.

Responsibilities

Design and implement application architectures that meet business requirements.

Collaborate with other IT professionals to integrate new systems into existing infrastructure.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.

Evaluate and select appropriate software or hardware and suggest integration methods.

Required Skills

Solution Architecture: The candidate must have a strong understanding of solution architecture, including the ability to design, implement, and manage complex systems.

ARIS Application Architecture: Proficiency in ARIS application architecture is required, including the ability to design and implement ARIS-based solutions.

Metadata: The candidate must have a deep understanding of metadata, including its role in data management and its use in improving system efficiency.

The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.

Preferred Skills

DATA ARCHITECTURE: Understanding of data architecture principles and practices.

Cloud Computing: Familiarity with cloud-based systems and services.

Software Development: Experience in software development, including coding, testing, and debugging.

Project Management: Ability to manage projects, including planning, organizing, and controlling resources to achieve specific goals.

Business Analysis: Understanding of business analysis techniques and methodologies.

IT Infrastructure: Knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and data centers.

Security Architecture: Understanding of security architecture principles and practices.
