In this role you will be responsible for the following:
- Oversight of the programing and automation projects for the company's welding technology team!
- The overall production of needed programs to meet equipment design performance requirements (schedules, scope, delivery, and support)
- Determining overall requirements for technical content and systems
- Continual improvement of products including cost optimization
- The financial performance of designated projects and ensuring they are within budget
- Establishing and managing KPIs
- Organizing training(s) needed for skills development

Job Details
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science Degree (preferred)
- 5 + years of Industrial Automation Experience
- 5 + years of UI Design experience
- Extensive knowledge of LabVIEW and LabVIEW Architectural Designs
- Previous experience working with Agile Software Development
