Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and executing large, complex projects, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-impact initiatives. This role requires strong technical fluency, proven experience with mainframe-to-cloud migrations, and a deep understanding of software fundamentals.

As a TPM, you will work closely with product management, engineering, and business stakeholders to define project goals, manage project timelines, and mitigate risks. Your expertise in managing large-scale programs will be essential to drive transformation and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complex technical programs from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, QA, and operations, to ensure the successful execution of the program.
• Own the end-to-end delivery of multiple projects in parallel, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Manage the transition of legacy mainframe systems to cloud-based architectures, including defining migration strategies, mitigating risks, and optimizing performance.
• Develop and manage program roadmaps, track progress, and drive decision-making to ensure the program stays on track.
• Ensure clear communication of project status, risks, and achievements to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Drive the adoption of best practices in project management, software development, and cloud transformation.
• Resolve conflicts, remove roadblocks, and ensure teams are focused and aligned to achieve program goals.
• Influence and contribute to strategic decisions on cloud technologies, software development practices, and overall program direction.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in program management, with at least 3 years in a technical program management role.
  • Proven experience managing large, complex technical projects and programs, ideally in cloud transformation and mainframe-to-cloud migration.
  • Expertise in cloud computing, with direct experience in migrating systems from legacy platforms (mainframe) to cloud environments.
