Overview

Core Payments is seeking a Senior Technology Product Analyst to lead the design, development, delivery, and maintenance of Money Movement products within the Core Payments portfolio. This includes ACH, FedWire, Cashier Checks, Western Union, and other integrated systems. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in payment rails, technical product analysis, and cloud-hosted payment applications, with hands-on experience in Oracle and FIS payment products.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architecture, product, platform, and business to deliver enterprise payment solutions
  • Analyze and document interactions between payment products, APIs, and payment applications hosted on Oracle Cloud and Microsoft Azure
  • Lead and support data migration, report migration, and API migration efforts, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption
  • Utilize Oracle GoldenGate for real-time data replication and synchronization across platforms
  • Provide production support for payment applications, ensuring high availability and performance
  • Conduct status reporting using Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO), tracking progress, risks, and dependencies
  • Evaluate and address non-functional aspects of payment applications including scalability, reliability, and security
  • Ensure compliance with payment protocols such as ISO 20022 (Pain, Pacs, Camt, Admi messages), FAIM, and regulatory requirements including Sanctions Screening, BSA/AML
  • Experience in sanctions screening products like CGI HotScan, Global Vison Patriot Officer, Verafin BSA AML, Lexis Nexis
  • Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals
  • Contribute to Agile product delivery and DevSecOps practices

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; Master's preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in payments technology, preferably within a financial institution or payment service provider
  • Strong understanding of ACH, FedWire, Western Union, Security Transfers, and Cashier Checks Processing
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle and FIS payment products
  • Proficiency in Java/JavaEE, Microsoft Azure, and cloud-native architectures
  • Experience with API design, integration, and migration
  • Familiarity with Oracle GoldenGate, Azure ADO, and reporting tools
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with DevSecOps, Agile methodologies, and cloud networking
  • Knowledge of sanctions screening, BSA/AML compliance, and financial messaging standards
  • Ability to lead technical discussions and drive product strategy
